If you can consistently beat the AI on Legendary even with narrow scorelines, always choose Legendary for efficiency because the points-per-game return is significantly higher than stomping weaker difficulty levels.

For players who struggle on Legendary, there is a strategic middle ground. Play the lowest-rated squads on Legendary since weaker AI teams make fewer runs and apply less pressure, making them manageable even for average skill levels. Then switch to World Class for the 85+ rated squads that play more aggressively and exploit mistakes more consistently.
