Rule #1: Protect Center First

Do not rush fullbacks into tackles. Keep shape and force play wide before challenging.

Rule #2: Manual Jockey Timing

• Use jockey to mirror attacker direction.
• Tackle only when angle is closed.
• Switch quickly to CDM on counters.

Rule #3: Anti-Counter Setup

• Depth around 55-60, not ultra high.
• At least one CDM on stay back.
• Fullbacks balanced unless trailing late.

Play 10 matches with one defensive setup only. Review where goals come from and adjust one setting at a time.
